SIMS3 BLOG: "SIMS3" This blog is really a continuation of my Sims 2 blog. I started writing my Sims 2 blog, when I got really interested in challenges and I wanted to have all of my favorite challenges in one place. So, my blog started with a focus on challenges. However, the release of the Sims 3 created a frenzy of people asking for places where they can download Sims3 CC. So, I decided to gather a list of Sims 3 websites that were creating Sims 3 CC. I started with a few sites I had used before when they had Sims 2 websites. Since their downloads had never cause any problems with my game, I knew I could trust them. As more and more CC Sims3 websites came on the scene, I tried them on my game, and put them on my Sims 3 blog, but only after I knew I could trust them. However, as time went by, many people really wanted specific theme related Sims3 CC ( ie. Christmas custom content) ; myself included. That's when I got the idea to gather all the themed Sims 3 CC I knew of, and post it. My Sims 3 blog also includes other things that a Simmer might want or find useful. However, I try to keep my Sims 3 blog based on challenges that I find fun. Although, I have legacy challenges on my Sims3 blog, I mostly post mini-challenges (one generation), because one generational challenges are my favorite. :) SIMS3 BLOG: "SIMS3"

(picture by Parsimonious.org) Before the Sims3 came on the scene, Parsimonious.org was known for free Clothes, furniture, houses/lots, walls, and floors. Parsimonious.org, since the Sims3, has been better known for their downloadable patterns and houses. Oh!, I Almost forgot; recolors. Although, Parsimonious.org does only recolors of furniture and clothes, Parsimonious.org uses it's own patterns-at least most of the time. However, Parsimonious.org has posted on the website that they would get back to the business of making downloadable clothes-no word on custom furniture for the Sims3. One can only assume that it's only a matter of time before Parsimonious.org will drop it's virtual hat in the Sims3 furniture. Parsimonious.org carries free custom content. The website came on the scene shortly after the Sims3 was announced. Lorandiasims3 has been featured on Lianasims3. Although, I've seen some other great athletic wear, Lorandia Sims3 was the first. The websites other downloadable clothes are also good. Lorandiasims3.com had been completely free, until recently. Although they offer donation packs, most of their downloads are free. (picture by Ibayasims3.com) Ibayasims3.com designs mainly clothes and patterns; but she also offers Sims3 recolors of furniture, and lots. Ibayasims3 is in spanish, so to download from her website, sometimes I google her name and press translate. It's well worth the trouble, for me. Ibayasims3 does seem to translate some things, but I still want my download website in ALL english sometimes. Lately, Ibaya sims3 has offered some clothing in a donation pack. Although, Ibayasims3 still offers plenty of work for free, including the above. In my opinion if you never been to Ibayasims3.com, you may want to visit. SIMS 3 DOWNLOADS: IBAYASIMS3.COM

SIMS 3 DOWNLOADS: SIMS3BOUTIQUE.COM Here's an example of what you can find at Sims3Boutique.com. (picture by Sims3Boutique.com) Sims3Boutique.com has been around for a while now. The Sims3Boutique.com offers patterns, Sims, and downloadable clothing for women. In the future the Sims3Boutique plans on expanding it's selection to lots aka Sim3 housing. I have seen a few accessories there also. After playing the Sims3, most Simmers do see a great need for these. Sims3Boutique is one of the only download places, that is completely free, at least for now. Alot of download websites have changed recently. Although, the Sims3 Boutique is not one of my favorite places to download custom content, it sure is a website that I visit often. Sims3Boutique.com downloads are free.
